FAQ - PRINTS
Q: When are prints available to purchase?
A: Prints are available to purchase twice a year during a timed release. Once in June and once again in December. The specific date and time will be announced before the sale.
Q: What is a timed release?
A: Prints are available for sale for a set amount of time. All purchases during that time will be honored. The print edition is based on the prints sold during that time.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: 3 to 4 months after the end of the sale.
Q: Why does it take so long?
A: We begin production after the end of the sale. It takes time to make thousands of prints, pass quality control, number and emboss the editions, have Mark sign them, and then package each order to ship.
Q: What size are the prints?
A: Sizes will range from 14” x 18” all the way up to 37” x 40”
Q: How much do the prints cost?
A: Prices range from $110 - $750 USD.
Q: Can I purchase older edition prints?
A: Unfortunately, past print editions will not be available for purchase. Each sale is a timed release.
Q: Will you sell out?
A: This sale is a timed release, which means you have the opportunity to purchase however many prints in however many styles within the set time.
Q: Can I pre-order a print? I won't be able to go online that day.
A: You cannot pre-order a print. All prints must be purchased during the set time period. Ask a friend if they can get online for you that day as a favor!
Q: What is a rolled canvas?
A: We are using the term ‘Rolled Canvas’ to indicate that the canvas will not come stretched on stretcher bars.
Q: Why are some prints similar in size but different prices?
A: Mark does not charge by the square inch of his artwork but rather the year it was made, the rarity of the piece, and the style and technicality it took to paint the original. Not all images are created equal. ;)
FAQ - SHIPPING
Q: When do you begin shipping?
A: 3 to 4 months after the close of the sale.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: We ship with FedEx. US orders require a signature for delivery.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes. If you are ordering outside of the US, additional import taxes may apply as per your country's customs guidelines.
Q: Can you combine orders? I placed more than one order.
A: If we can combine your orders, a credit for your shipping will be issued after all prints have been processed/shipped. This could take 3-4 months depending on when we get to your specific order in the queue.
Q: I purchased from the secret sale and am planning to purchase more prints from the timed release. Can those orders be combined?

Q: I’m moving before the prints will be shipped. Can you change my shipping address?
A: Yes! Please send an email with your new address to info@staticmedium.com and we will make an internal note for our printers with the new address.
FAQ - PAINTINGS
Q: Can I commission a painting?
A: Mark is currently not taking any private commissions as he prepares for his 2023 solo show.
Q: How do I purchase an original painting?
A: The best way to find out if he has anything available for the public to purchase is to sign-up for the email list. This way you will periodically receive messages for current works available. Most of the time this will be an auction.
