Numbered & Signed

Each print will be numbered and hand signed by Mark Maggiori.

NOTES :

Before checking out, please be certain that you have chosen the correct image, size and quantity. Some images will be available in paper or canvas and in various sizes so please make sure you are selecting the correct print. Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to combine orders or make any changes or refunds. All sales are final.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out, including autofill and addresses inside Paypal. If you have an apartment number, please include it even if you are friends with your FedEx driver. 

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing a printable card that has information about the prints you ordered. 

A note about sizing: All sizes listed refer to the image size unless otherwise noted. Paper prints have a 1” white border that receives Mark’s signature, the edition number and embossment. Canvas prints have a 2” white border that is meant to be wrapped around stretcher bars (your local frame shop can do this). Canvas prints are signed and numbered on the back.

Production timeline

The entire process will take 3 to 4 months to complete. We do not know in earnest how many prints will be needed until after the sale closes. At that time orders will be tallied and production will begin. Each print gets individually flattened, trimmed to size and quality checked. If it passes QC it will be numbered, signed by Mark and embossed with the brand of his Taos River Ranch. Over the course of thousands and thousands of prints this can take a while to complete.

Shipping Details

Shipping will occur as production continues over the entire course of the 3 to 4 months. Since there are many timed editions, we don’t know how many orders there will be when giving this estimate. Some orders will be mailed before others so please do not raise an alarm if your neighbor who ordered after you gets their order first. We can not give an accurate estimate on when your order will mail out.

If you plan on moving to a new address before your order has shipped, please email info@staticmedium.com with your order number and revised address. If you want to make sure your order does not ship while you are traveling, please contact Static Medium and let them know the dates you will be away.

All prints are shipped rolled in thick and sturdy tubes with a signature request and we ship worldwide. We ship with FedEx because they offer the best rates and recovery options. Orders ship with a signature request and if you waive your signature request we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders of over 4 prints may be split into separate shipments to ensure safe delivery.  

International customers will be responsible to pay VAT upon delivery. The tax amount differs per country.

The end caps are stapled onto the tubes so they don’t come off in transport. When you receive the tube you will want to fully remove the staples from one end before you pull out the prints. You can use a small flat tool like a screwdriver or butter knife to bend open the staple legs and push the legs back through the tube wall. From there you can grab the staple crown with pliers (or your fingers) and pull it out of the tube. The staples are strong and can cut you or your print if precautions are not taken.

Damaged Prints

Our goal is to make sure your receive your print in good condition. In the event damage occurs we will begin the process for replacement. Please read below for best procedures.
 Even if your tube appears to be damaged please accept the delivery from FedEx (instead of refusing it) to expedite the replacement process. We have a special process to pack prints so there is a big chance the print(s) did not get damaged. Please fully unpack/unroll your order to inspect for damage.

If there is damage please take photos and email them to info@staticmedium.com so the process can start. All FedEx claims must be initiated by the shipper so please contact Static Medium first if there are any issues.
